A type automatic layer chicken cage need to use electric. So it have a demand for electricity. If some country electricity is not stable or short of electric power, poultry farmer should prepare one electric generator in the farm.
The details of A type automatic layer chicken cage
(1) Raw material : Q235 or Zn-Mg alloy .
(2) Surface treatment : cold galvanized / hot galvanized/ plastic coated
(3) Life time : cold galvanized cage=9~11 years . hot galvanized cage=15~20 years life . Plastic coated cage=10~15 years life.
(4) Suggest choose128 birds/set , 160 birds/set ,200 birds/set chicken cage . This is economic .

(1) Automatic feeding system
Automatic feeding system is feeding hopper. It is ride on the chicken cage and supported by slide steel. The motor drive the steel wire rope so that the feeding hopper back and forth move. The chicken feed fall when feeding hopper move.
There is average equipment on the feeding hopper , make sure average feed on the movement. This avoid not average feed compare with manual feeding.

(2) Automatic drinking system
All chicken cage is automatic drinking system now . Even manual operation chicken cage , it is also automatic drinking system. So about drinking system , the only difference is the goods quality. We use white high quality water pipe , high quality ball valve nipple drinker, Dostaron and water filter , make sure the drinking system is good.

(3) Automatic egg collection system
Use automatic egg collection machine , it can save labor and cost on worker. Most important of all , reduce person go to chicken shed so that reduce the disease&epidemic in the chicken farm. This egg collection system also improve efficiency at the same time , espcecillay suit for middle chicken farm(10,000~50,000 birds farm).
The electric control box is on the egg collection machine . It is easy to operate and learn.

(4) Automatic manure cleaning system.
The chicken manure will fall on ground if you use chicken cage. The automatic manure removal machine is under chicken cage . It remove the chicken dung outside of chicken cage ,then transport chicken dung outside of chicken shed , delivery chicken manure to truck directly. It guarantee the chicken shed clean , no smell and good environment . So the chicken is less disease and more egg laying quantity.

The chicken manure cleaning machine have two type :
(1) Manure scrapper machine : chicken manure fall on the hole , the scrapper machine collect the manure and remove outside of chicken shed.
(2) Manure belt conveyor machine: chicken manure fall on the manure belt on bottom. Then the motor drive manure belt and convey the chicken manure outside of shed. But this machine a little expensive than manure scrapper machine.
