This customer breed 25600 birds . The shed house is 96m by 16m by 4m . Total put 5 row in the house . The chicken cage is 4 tiers 128 birds capacity .
The cage is hot galvanized . Longer life time than cold galvanized .Customer told us , the reason why he choose hot galvanized is that anti-rust function is good , and longer life time, price low than hot dipped cage . He is affordable and good quality.
He choose to use automatic egg collection system. He told us that worker’s salary is very high now . These 25600 birds farm , if not use egg collection machine , every need at least 4 person to pick up eggs by hand , one person salary 6USD/day.(not full time work). So 4 person salary is 24USD/day , one year need 8760USD.
Buy the egg collection machine save him a lot money. 5 years time he will pay workers 43800USD salary. But total price of egg collection machine only 1/3 cost of this. Also high efficiency than manual pick up eggs.
